UPDATED 2008-06-04: To install a trust for neptune.ffsi.com as an email server, use one of the links below.
To install with Internet Explorer:
- Open link
- Choose "Open"
- Click "Install Certificate"
- Click "Next" (2 windows)
- Click "Finish"
- Click "Yes" on the popup window
- Click "Ok"
- Click "Ok" when you see the first window with "Install Certificate" again
To install (for Internet Explorer/Outlook Express) with Firefox:
- Open link
- Click "Open With: CERFile (default)"
- Click "Install Certificate"
- Click "Next" (2 windows)
- Click "Finish"
- Click "Yes" on the popup window
- Click "Ok"
- Click "Ok" when you see the first window with "Install Certificate" again
To install (for Firefox) with Firefox:
- Menu: Tools -> Options
- Click "Advanced"
- Expand "Certificates"
- Click "Manage Certificates"
- Click "Authorities" tab
- Click "Import"
- Enter "http://certs.ffsi.com/ffsiCA.der" as the filename
- Click Ok and close all windows
- Restart firefox
To install with Thunderbird:
- Menu: Tools -> Options
- Click "Advanced"
- Expand "Certificates"
- Click "Manage Certificates"
- Click "Authorities" tab
- Click "Import"
- Enter "http://certs.ffsi.com/ffsiCA.der" as the filename
- Click Ok and close all windows
- Restart Thunderbird
